Terms of Use

Version: pilot-terms-2026-07-26 · Effective July 26, 2026

By creating an account or using Cluena, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account access

Cluena is a hosted prospect-intelligence product owned by Justin Lapid. You may use your account only for your lawful business research. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and nontransferable. No ownership right or software license is transferred to you.

What Cluena owns

All rights in the application are reserved, including its software, interface, documentation, schemas, evidence architecture, source mappings, signals, matching and attribution methods, algorithms, derived relationships, models, improvements, and branding. Public records remain attributable to their original sources; Cluena does not claim ownership of the underlying public facts.

What you may not do

Feedback and account content

You keep your rights in private notes you enter. You allow Cluena to host and process them to operate the service. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used, modified, incorporated, and commercialized by Cluena without restriction or compensation. Product activity may be used in aggregated or de-identified form to secure and improve Cluena, as described in the Privacy Notice.

Important limitations

Cluena’s records, suggested identities, relationships, values, and signals may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect. Cluena is not legal, investment, credit, or financial advice. You must review the source evidence and use the service lawfully. Cluena is provided “as is” without warranties, and Cluena is not responsible for decisions, lost opportunities, or indirect damages arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

Ending access

Cluena may change, suspend, or end account access at any time. Ownership, restrictions, feedback rights, and disclaimers continue after access ends. Material changes to these terms will be presented for renewed acceptance. Questions may be directed to hello@cluena.com.
